Jalapeno Infusion

All of our Infused products contain our Premium Reserve Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Jalapeno peppers are one of the favored varieties of chili peppers used in the North America especially in the southern states where Tex-Mex cuisine is popular. Jalapenos originated in Mexico then the crop was introduced to the rest of the world through Spanish explorers. Excellent for dipping and adding spice to grilled or roasted meats and fish. Also excellent when added to soups, chili recipes, stir frying, sauces, omelets and eggs. Jalapeno peppers contain capsaicin which has been found to have anti-bacterial, anti-carcinogenic and anti-diabetic properties. It has also been found to reduce the bad LDL-cholesterol levels.
