This olive’s characteristics are: its oblong shape, deep beautiful purple color that gets darker, almost black in color as it ripens on the tree, with a rich flavor and firm texture.

The “Halkidiki” variety is a solely Greek Green Olives and are famous for its long shape fruit.

This olive is well known for its “green” fresh taste, unique to Greece, enabling its use in many marinated product solutions. Their large size and firm texture make this olive perfect for stuffing.
